Cancellation Fee: A 10% fee applies to all canceled orders, calculated from the total amount paid.
Orders in Transit: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
High-Value Orders: Orders over $300 require mandatory identity verification to prevent fraud.

Eligibility: Standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Jackets must be in 100% original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom Orders: Custom-sized or modified jackets are non-refundable.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for refunds.
- Coupon Code Purchases: Orders using discount codes are ineligible for return, exchange, or promotion reinstatement.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or style preference.

Size Selection: It is the buyer’s responsibility to select the correct size. We perform a mandatory measurement confirmation after every order or customers can provide their measurements for an ideal fit. Therefore, returns for incorrect sizing choices are not accepted.

Return Costs: All shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees (typically $25 – $50), even if the original shipping was free.
Procedure: All returns must be authorized by Leather Outwears support. You must use the specific return address provided by our team.
